Personal Training

Participants in the program will be involved in a supervised exercise program twice a week with a degreed fitness professional as well as full use of our facility for 60 days! Kids Zone

Spacious onsite child care center with play area, wii video game system, television area and crib room is available for members’ children ages 6 weeks to 13 years old. Rates: $5 per child for a 3 hour maximum. Or save $2.50 per visit when you purchase a 20-visit child care pass for just $50.00.  Ask a staff member for details on the unlimited Kids Zone pass today!

Cardiovascular (aerobic) activity is a key element to any fitness program. Running, walking and cardio machines are great options for aerobic activity. But group classes are great fun and add to the social aspects of exercise. This is where group fitness classes come in!

DAY SPA

Pamper yourself at the new Spiece Day Spa, offering a wide range of services including Massage Therapy, Skin Care, Nail Treatments, Reflexology, and more. You DON'T have to be a Spiece Fitness Member to enjoy the relaxing services available at the Spiece Day Spa, though members receive VIP prices along with discounts on many of the services.

Aquatics

Enjoy our 25 yard, 5 lane lap pool open year round and available every day during regular club hours. Our Warm Water Therapy Pool is excellent for relieving sore muscles, arthritis and fibromyalgia discomfort, therapeutic exercise, or to simply relax! The Main pool temperature is between 82-84 degrees, and the Warm Water pool is maintained between 90-93 degrees.
