You can choose from many MOSSA classes Group Power, Group Step, Group Kick, Group CORE, and Group Centergy. We also have non-MOSSA classes  Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, and more. Don't let the names scare you! We offer classes for the beginner and the advanced fitness enthusiast. Plus, you will always have new and exciting classes to try. Our instructors care about every member's fitness goals and will motivate you to reach yours.
